An immortal woman dreams of murder and discovers she is more bonded to death than she ever imagined.

 

On a remote island off the northern coast of 17thC Scotland, a pregnant woman, accused of witchcraft, awaits her execution by fire. Using fleeting remnants of her innate powers, she escapes to a centuries-old sanctuary where she gives birth and secures safety for her infant daughter.
