In the shadow of 17th-century Scotland’s darkest witch hunts, a condemned woman clings to life on a storm-lashed island rock. Accused of witchcraft and sentenced to burn, she summons forbidden powers to defy her fate—escaping the flames with a secret that will echo through centuries—a daughter born immortal, untouched by time. Now, in the present day, that daughter—forever young, forever haunted—witnesses a string of brutal, seemingly supernatural murders. The killings bear the unmistakable mark of an ancient evil she thought she left behind. As each body is discovered, she must confront the truth: the curse she carries isn’t just her burden to bear; it’s a weapon someone is wielding against the innocent. From the windswept Hebrides to dark Manhattan streets stained with blood, The Dog Bones weaves a gripping supernatural thriller across time. A mother’s desperate act of defiance births a legacy of power…and peril. Good and evil have battled since the dawn of creation, but this time, the line between them blurs in ways no one saw coming. This is a story perfect for fans of historical thrillers, immortal protagonists, and chilling tales of powers and vengeance. Will she stop the darkness before it claims her soul—and everyone she dares to love?
